The largest amphitheatre in the world. The Colosseum, also known as the "Flavian Amphitheatre" is located in the centre of the city of Rome. It is one of the most popular tourist attraction and it can accommodate between 50,000 to 80,000 visitors in the area. Also listed in UNESCO World Heritage Site.
