It is a great monument to the Age of Discovery and the most religious building in Portugal. And today, it is one of the country's most cherished building tourist must see. It is one of the country's most important historical monument, for it is originally a Templar stronghold that was dissolved from, The order of the Knights Templar, to The Knights of the Order of Christ.
